Welcome to the 30/30 Challenge. This is not a hype sprint. It’s a controlled operation. Your outcome is simple: 30 active paying students in 30 days. Your deeper objective is permanent: install engines that keep producing after the sprint. Today we remove every leak before we push volume.
Here are the non-negotiables that make this sprint real:
- One scoreboard, updated daily. No guessing.
- Speed-to-lead under 5 minutes during business hours.
- Every trial is run-of-show with a win inside 10 minutes.
- Every trial gets a close: recommendation → price → ask.
- Every new member gets a 14-day plan: two sessions per week and a milestone.
If any of these are missing, your ads and outreach become wasted motion.
Example
A Commander runs traffic only when the front door works. If confirmations fail, show rate collapses. If the pipeline stage is wrong, follow-up fails. If the trial is improvised, close rate collapses. So today is a systems day. We earn the right to scale tomorrow.
Script to Use
Use this exact ‘system online’ confirmation text to yourself or a teammate: “Test booked. Confirmations received. Reminders scheduled. Pipeline updated. Scoreboard live.” If you can’t say that sentence truthfully, you’re not ready to sprint.

- Book a test trial on 3 devices; confirm success page + reminders.
- Confirm opportunity created in the correct stage: Trial Booked.
- Print/save: Trial run-of-show + Close script.
- Rehearse the close out loud 5 times.
