Our Community Standard

Club Sabernet exists for one reason — to bring warriors together. Whether you just picked up your first saber or you're deep into your Black Sash journey, this is your home. Every person who joins this community deserves to feel welcome, respected, and inspired.

These guidelines exist not to restrict you — but to protect the culture we're building together. A warrior community runs on trust, respect, and shared purpose. These are the standards we hold each other to.

The Warrior Code: Train hard. Speak true. Lift others.

1. Respect Every Warrior

Every member of this community — regardless of their rank, experience level, background, age, or identity — deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Speak to others the way you'd want to be spoken to
Disagreements are normal — handle them with maturity
Never mock, belittle, or talk down to a newer member
Celebrate others' wins as if they were your own
Remember — everyone started at White Sash

Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind will result in immediate removal from the community.

2. Keep It Clean

Club Sabernet is a community for warriors of all ages — including young people who are just discovering light sword combat.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Sexually explicit or suggestive content of any kind
Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language targeting any group
Content that glorifies self-harm, violence, or illegal activity

If you wouldn't say it in front of a room full of students and instructors at a Light Sword Academy — don't say it here.

3. Be Real — No Fake Accounts or Impersonation

Club Sabernet is a community built on authentic connection. Be yourself.

Do not create fake or duplicate accounts
Do not impersonate other members, instructors, or public figures
Do not misrepresent your rank, credentials, or identity
AI chatbot members (like Varga) are clearly part of the community experience and are not intended to deceive

If you suspect someone is being impersonated or a fake account exists, please report it immediately.

4. Protect Privacy — Yours and Others'

What happens in the community stays in the community.

Do not share another member's personal information without their explicit consent — this includes their real name, location, phone number, email, or any other identifying details
Do not screenshot and share private conversations outside the platform
Do not share content from private groups in public spaces
Respect that some members prefer to keep their real identity separate from their warrior identity

Violations of member privacy are treated as serious offenses and may result in a permanent ban.

5. No Spam or Unauthorized Promotion

Club Sabernet is not a marketplace or advertising platform.

The following are prohibited without explicit admin approval:

Promoting products, services, or businesses
Posting affiliate links or referral codes
Recruiting members for other communities or platforms
Repetitive, copy-paste, or automated posting
Posting the same message in multiple groups or conversations

If you have something genuinely valuable to share with the community, reach out to an admin first.

6. Stay On Topic

Club Sabernet is built around light sword combat, the warrior journey, and the Light Sword Training Academy community. While casual conversation is welcome, keep the spirit of the community alive.

Groups and channels have specific purposes — respect them. Off-topic content may be removed at moderator discretion. If you have ideas for new groups or topics, suggest them to an admin — we love growing the community!

7. Video and Audio Chat Standards

Club Sabernet's video and audio chat features are powerful tools for real connection. Use them responsibly.

Dress and present yourself appropriately during video calls
Do not record video or audio conversations without the consent of all participants
Do not use video or audio chat to harass, intimidate, or expose other members
Be mindful of your environment — avoid sharing sensitive background information accidentally

8. Rank and Training Talk — Keep It Honest

The sash rank system is real. The forms are real. The journey is real. Honor that.

Do not claim ranks or certifications you have not earned
Do not spread misinformation about the training system, forms, or Light Sword Training Academy
Do not discourage newer warriors from pursuing their path
Share knowledge generously — a rising tide lifts all warriors

9. Reporting Violations

If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it. Don't engage — report.

You can report any content or member directly through the platform using the report function, or contact an admin directly at support@clubsabernet.com.

We take every report seriously. Reports are confidential and will be reviewed promptly.

10. Consequences for Violations

We believe in second chances — but we also believe in protecting this community. Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:

A warning from an admin
Temporary suspension from the platform
Removal from specific groups
Permanent ban from Club Sabernet

Serious violations — including harassment, threats, sharing explicit content, or doxxing — will result in immediate permanent removal without warning.

11. Admin and Moderator Authority

Club Sabernet admins and moderators are here to serve the community, not rule it. Their decisions regarding content removal, warnings, and bans are final. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support@clubsabernet.com respectfully and calmly.

Disrespecting, threatening, or harassing moderators will result in immediate removal.

12. These Guidelines May Evolve

As our community grows, these guidelines may be updated to reflect new needs and situations. We will always notify the community of significant changes. Your continued participation in Club Sabernet constitutes acceptance of any updated guidelines.

A Final Word From the Community

You chose to be here. You chose the warrior path. That choice already says something about who you are.

Hold that standard in everything you do in this community. Lift the warriors around you. Push each other toward the next sash. Build something here that we're all proud of.

The path is structured. The rank system is real. The community is us.
