1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Club Sabernet ("the Platform") at clubsabernet.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, members, buyers and users of Club Sabernet.

Club Sabernet is the official online community, member platform and course home of Light Sword Training Academy ("LSTA"), operated by LSTA and its administrators ("we," "us," or "our"), 4701 Shore Dr., Ste. #103-440, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. The programs sold here are LSTA programs; the LSTA Terms of Use also apply to those programs, and where the two differ about a program, the LSTA Terms of Use control.

2. Eligibility

To use Club Sabernet you must:

Be at least 13 years of age (and at least 18 to make a purchase)
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account or checking out
Not have been previously banned or removed from Club Sabernet
Agree to and comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

Registration: You need an account to access most features. When you buy a course or bundle as a guest, we create your account for you using the email address you enter at checkout, and we send you the details. That account is yours and these Terms apply to it.

Security: You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@clubsabernet.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

One Account Per Person: Each person may hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension is prohibited. Sharing access to paid content is prohibited.

4. Courses, Bundles and Purchases

Club Sabernet sells LSTA courses, bundles and program access (for example the Academy Launch Kit, the Business Academy, operator courses and pilot programs). By purchasing you agree to the following.

Prices and payment: Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; we never receive or store your full card number. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Delivery: Digital courses are delivered to your account, usually within minutes of a completed payment. Some purchases also enroll you in a related group or community room.
Recurring plans: Some memberships and installment plans bill on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then, and charges already processed are not refunded unless the offer page says otherwise.
Refunds and guarantees: Each course, bundle or program carries the refund or guarantee terms stated on its offer page at the time you buy. Those terms control. As of the date above they include a 30-day keep-everything refund on the Academy Launch Kit, a 14-day full refund on the Light Sword Pilot Program, and a 14-day first-payment guarantee on the Business Academy. Where no refund term is stated, purchases are final once digital access has been delivered, except where the law requires otherwise. To request a refund, email the address on the offer page or support@clubsabernet.com from the email on the order, within the stated window.
Credit-forward: Where an offer page says a purchase credits toward a later program, the credit is applied to the price of that program, is not paid in cash, and carries any time limit stated on the page.
Founding rates: Where a founding rate has a seat cap, the cap is a real, fixed number; when it fills, the stated post-founding price applies to new buyers.
Chargebacks: Contact us first about any charge you believe is wrong. A chargeback opened without contacting us may result in suspension while it is resolved.

5. Results, Earnings and Testimonials

Operator programs sold on this Platform teach a business model; they do not sell business results. Any revenue, enrollment, margin, conversion or retention figure in a course or on an offer page is either a documented result from a specific LSTA operation, attributed to that academy, or a clearly labeled illustrative example that shows how the math works. Neither is a typical result, a projection of your results, or a guarantee. Your results depend on your market, your capital, your pricing, your effort and how you operate; many buyers will earn less than the examples shown and some will earn nothing. Testimonials come from real members and partners who gave permission and describe their own experience. Everything on the Platform is educational; consult your own accountant, attorney and other professionals before acting on it.

6. Community Guidelines

Club Sabernet is a community built around respect, growth, and the warrior spirit. All members are expected to conduct themselves accordingly. The following behaviors are prohibited:

Posting, sharing, or transmitting content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory
Sharing sexually explicit, graphic, or violent content
Impersonating another person, member, or public figure
Sharing false, misleading, or deceptive information
Spamming, advertising, or promoting products or services without authorization
Sharing another member's private information without their consent
Disrupting or interfering with the Platform
Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
Creating fake accounts or using bots or automated tools to interact with the Platform
Bullying, intimidating, or demeaning other members

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban at our sole discretion. The full Community Guidelines are part of these Terms.

7. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You keep ownership of what you post, including messages, photos, form videos and profile information. By posting, you grant Club Sabernet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, display, reproduce and distribute that content for operating and improving the Platform. If you send us a review or testimonial and tell us we may use it, you also allow us to use it to promote our programs.

Our Content: Course content, curriculum, videos, worksheets, scripts, logos, design, text and software on the Platform are owned by LSTA or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal use or your own internal business use. You may not copy, download for redistribution, resell, share, publicly post or build derivative programs from our content without written permission.

Respect Others' Content: Do not share, reproduce, or distribute content posted by other members without their permission.

Copyright notices: If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, email support@clubsabernet.com with the location of the material, a description of your work, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized, and your signature. We respond to valid notices and may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.

8. Audio and Media Streaming

Club Sabernet provides an audio streaming feature broadcasting Sentient SABER Sessions and other content for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not record, download or redistribute the stream, use it commercially, or access it in ways not intended by the Platform.

9. Video and Audio Chat

Video and audio chat features are powered by LiveKit. By using them you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in line with our Community Guidelines, not to record conversations without the consent of all participants, and not to use these features for illegal, harmful or inappropriate purposes.

10. AI Assistants and AI-Assisted Content

Club Sabernet features AI-powered community members, including Varga, and some course materials are produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by our team before publication. AI assistant responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not reviewed by a person before you see them, and are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a decision. AI assistants are not human and do not replace genuine human connection and coaching. Conversations with AI assistants may be processed by our AI provider to generate the response.

11. Coaching, Rank and Competition

Form videos you submit for review are seen by certified LSTA instructors, who return feedback for you. Feedback is instruction for the student it is addressed to and may not be redistributed. Ranks are awarded by certified instructors under LSTA's standards and are recorded on the Platform; only LSTA Corporate certifies instructors. Competition results and rankings are governed by the Light Sword Martial Arts Federation and its competition system, and may be published there.

12. Communications

When you create an account or make a purchase, you agree to receive emails about your account, your orders, your courses and our programs. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time; account and order messages continue while you hold an account. If you give us a mobile number and opt in to texts, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings.

13. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, conduct we determine is harmful to the Platform, other members or third parties, an unresolved failed payment or chargeback, extended inactivity, or at your own request. Upon termination your right to use the Platform ends. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Club Sabernet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any content is accurate, complete or reliable, or that the Platform will meet your requirements. Your use of Club Sabernet is at your sole risk. Light sword training is a physical activity; participation in any in-person program you find through the Platform is at your own risk and under the waiver of the academy that runs it.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Sabernet, LSTA and their administrators, owners, instructors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits or personal injury. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Platform or a purchase will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where the law does not permit that limit.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Sabernet, LSTA and their administrators, owners, instructors and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your operation of any program using our materials, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Talk to us first: Before starting any formal proceeding, email support@clubsabernet.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to resolve it with you informally.

Arbitration: If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform or a purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, before a single arbitrator, in the Commonwealth of Virginia or by video conference, rather than in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

Class action waiver: Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You and we each waive any right to participate in a class, collective or representative action or arbitration.

Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver by emailing support@clubsabernet.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, your account email and a clear statement that you opt out.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Where a matter proceeds in court, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of Club Sabernet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Platform and cancel any recurring plan before the change takes effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policy, the LSTA Terms of Use for the programs sold here, and the terms on each offer page constitute the entire agreement between you and Club Sabernet regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
