1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Club Sabernet ("the Platform") at clubsabernet.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and users of Club Sabernet.
Club Sabernet is the official online community of Light Sword Training Academy, operated by its administrators ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
To use Club Sabernet you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Not have been previously banned or removed from Club Sabernet
- Agree to and comply with these Terms of Service
By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Your Account
Registration: You must create an account to access most features of Club Sabernet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
Security: You agree to notify us immediately at support@clubsabernet.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
One Account Per Person: Each person may maintain only one active account on Club Sabernet. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension is strictly prohibited.
4. Community Guidelines
Club Sabernet is a community built around respect, growth, and the warrior spirit. All members are expected to conduct themselves accordingly. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
You may NOT:
- Post, share, or transmit content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory
- Share sexually explicit, graphic, or violent content
- Impersonate another person, member, or public figure
- Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Spam, advertise, or promote products or services without authorization
- Share another member's private information without their consent ("doxxing")
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
- Create fake accounts or use bots or automated tools to interact with the Platform
- Bully, intimidate, or demean other members
Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban from Club Sabernet at our sole discretion.
5. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on Club Sabernet, including messages, photos, and profile information. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Club Sabernet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
Our Content: All content owned by Club Sabernet, including logos, design, text, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
Respect Others' Content: Do not share, reproduce, or distribute content posted by other members without their permission.
6. Audio and Media Streaming
Club Sabernet provides an audio streaming feature broadcasting Sentient SABER Sessions and other content. This content is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not:
- Record, download, or redistribute the streamed audio
- Use the audio stream for commercial purposes
- Attempt to access the stream in ways not intended by the Platform
7. Video and Audio Chat
Club Sabernet provides video and audio chat features powered by LiveKit. By using these features you agree to:
- Conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with our Community Guidelines
- Not record video or audio conversations without the consent of all participants
- Not use the video or audio chat features for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes
8. AI Chatbots
Club Sabernet features AI-powered community members including Varga. These AI chatbots are designed to enhance your community experience. Please be aware that:
- AI chatbot responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
- You should not rely on AI chatbot responses for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
- AI chatbots are not human and do not replace genuine human connection and community interaction
9. Membership Plans and Payments
Club Sabernet may offer paid membership plans that unlock additional features. By purchasing a membership plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership plans at any time with reasonable notice
10. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform, other members, or third parties
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At your own request
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Club Sabernet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or reliable
- The Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Your use of Club Sabernet is at your sole risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Sabernet and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Sabernet and its administrators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of Club Sabernet after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Club Sabernet regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
